Dispatch takes 0 to 2 business days, and door to door is 4 to 9 business days. Every order ships tracked.
You have 50 days from delivery, and there are no restocking fees, ever. Email support@wolfandcoat.com and we will take it from there.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes to your original payment method within 2 business days. Banks can take up to 7 business days to show it.
We are sorry about that. Email support@wolfandcoat.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
Every product page carries a size guide with garment measurements taken flat, in inches. Measure a jacket you own that fits and compare. Between sizes, size up. And you have 50 days to be sure.
